That's an early one, with a phosphor material sourced in from Sylvania.

That came later, in 1972, when they switched from Sylvania's yttrium vanadate material, which was plagued by a poor maintenance (that was in the early days of the technology), to Philips's superior yttrium phosphovanadate material developed in the late 1960s.
